To request conduct records log in to WebAdvisor. Go to the Students Menu, and click on Conduct Certification Request under the Student Services section. If you no longer have access to WebAdvisor, email email@example.com with your request. Be sure to include your full name, student ID number and current phone number. When requesting conduct records to be delivered to a third party, a Release of Information Form (PDF) will need to be attached to the request.
Schedule a Meeting
Our office is located in Indigo Hall. The best way to meet with one of our team members is to schedule an appointment by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our office at 843-349-4161. To schedule, we will need your name, availability, student ID number and the reason for the meeting. Please include as much information as possible to ensure we schedule you with the team member who can best assist you.
